Signing in takes a few seconds. Here's what the process looks like from start to finish.
Type in the username or mobile number you registered with, then enter your password. Make sure there are no extra spaces, especially when using a phone keyboard.
If your account has OTP enabled – which is the default for all 17jll accounts – a one-time password will be sent to your registered Philippine mobile number. Enter it to confirm your identity and proceed.
Once verified, you'll land on your personal dashboard. From there you can navigate to the Game Lobby, check your balance, review active bets in Sports, or manage your account settings.
All sessions on 17jll run over SSL-encrypted connections. Your account balance, transaction history, and personal data are protected throughout every session, whether you're playing on desktop or mobile.
If you're having trouble logging in, check that you're using the correct username or mobile number and that your password is entered accurately. For more help, see the FAQ page. Never share your login credentials or OTP with anyone.
Whether you're in Manila checking the PBA schedule before placing a bet, or relaxing in Cebu with a few slots sessions lined up, logging in to 17jll is designed to be quick and hassle-free. The platform is accessible from any modern browser on desktop or mobile, and for the smoothest experience on your phone, the 17jll app is available from the Download page.
Your account keeps everything in one place. When you log in, your full game history, active sports bets, VIP status, and PHP balance are all immediately visible. There's no need to navigate multiple sections just to get an overview of where you stand – the dashboard puts it front and centre the moment you're signed in.
Security is built into the login process from the start. OTP verification is active on every account by default, which means even if someone else knows your password, they can't access your account without also having your registered Philippine mobile number. Combine that with SSL encryption across all connections and you have a login process that's genuinely hard to compromise.
17jll also supports session management tools within your account settings. You can review active sessions, set login notifications, and configure responsible gaming controls like session time reminders and deposit limits – all from the same dashboard you access after signing in. These tools are there to help you stay in control of how you play, and 17jll encourages every player to use them.
17jll is built for players across the country. From Quezon City to Davao, Cebu to Iloilo, the platform works consistently across different network conditions and device types. Mobile data connections are fully supported, so you're not limited to a home Wi-Fi setup to enjoy the platform. The mobile app, in particular, is optimised for lower-bandwidth situations while keeping the full game and betting experience intact.
After logging in, you can jump straight to Betting markets for Basketball, Boxing, Football, Volleyball, and Esports, or head to the Game Lobby for slots and live casino games. Your VIP progress is tracked automatically as you play, so every session contributes to your standing on the VIP programme.
